Chancery Record John Carter,[father of this Richard] dec'd, heirs sue for money due the estate of their dec'd. father. Richard 'Tailor' Carter, Exe. is dead and Executorship has fallen to his Widow, Mrs. Susannah (David) Powell(neeBigger). The testimony of Frederick Miller may link the Gunsmith to this Giles Carter Family.[current dna analysis however, reveals two different haplogroups.]
