    Johann Fredrich Mueller/Muller - Miller was the father of Frederick Miller. Johann Anglicized his name to Miller. He settled in Halifax County.
    Frederick, his son, and Mary Frances [Carter] had 10 children - apparently most born in Halifax County, VA, if not all. Frederick appears with the tithables in Halifax County 1782-1809. He purchased items from an estate in Maury County, TN Oct. 28, 1815. (1) Frances Miller b. July 24, 1789 in Halifax County, VA d. December 3, 1857 in Caswell County, NC. m.
