Hiram remarried Lucy ? and by the 1860 Census he is 59 years old with several children Lewis, Margaret, Judson, Brico, Christian and Victoria age 1; Victoria has to be one of the children's child. Hiram wouldn't be having children with 54 year old Lucy.

She is alone, so very young, or very old. If I had to guess, I would say she is the eldest d/o Hiram and Matilda, [he remarries later to Nancy Adkins and has another family]
