    Notes:

    Lydia C. "Chris" Medina, 68 yrs. of Honey Brook, died on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Green Meadows Nursing Home in Malvern, following an illness.

    She was born in West Chester, PA on Tuesday, January 27, 1953. Lydia was the daughter of the late Milton & Lydia (Roth) Charsha. She was the wife of Jose Medina, with whom she shared 47 years of marriage.

    Lydia was employed at Hickory House Nursing Home in the laundry service department. She enjoyed doing puzzles, cooking, fun times at Hershey Park, cook outs on the Chesapeake Bay and time spend with her beloved grandchildren.

    Lydia was preceded in death by a son, Jose Juan Medina, Jr., two brothers, Bobby and Norman Charsha, and a sister, Jannie Chester.

    She is survived in addition to her husband by 2 sons; Jose Luis (Shana) Medina of Hamburg, William Anthony (Pamula) Medina of Elverson, 2 daughters; Gloria Medina of Exton, Victoria (Walter) Blair of Hamburg and a brother Bruce Charsha of Parkesburg. There are 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

    A calling hour will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 6 to 8 PM at The Labs Funeral Home, Inc, 141 Pequea Ave. Brook, Pa. 19344. Attendees are reminded of the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines and are kindly asked to wear a mask and observe physical distancing.

    In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lydia's memory to either the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org or American Parkinson Disease Association at www.apdaparkinson.org
