    Mark Lee Blackson, 68, of Chesapeake City, MD, died Sunday, January 28, 2007, in Elkton, MD.

    Mr. Blackson was a Driver for Abbott's Dairies, and then for Sentman's Distributors of Elkton, MD. He was a member of the Cecil Masonic Lodge #125, Chesapeake City, MD. He was an avid NASCAR fan, and loved the Chesapeake Bay.


    Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Patricia E. Blackson, Chesapeake City, MD; three sons, Taylor L. Blackson and wife, Lora, Townsend, DE, Mark T. Blackson and Theodore V. Blackson, both of Chesapeake City, MD; daughter, Patricia J. Jordan and husband, Thomas, Waxhaw, NC; sister, Phyllis A. Bailor and husband, Jack, Wilmington, DE; brother, Charles A. Blackson, Elkton, MD; mother-in-law, June Reynolds, Chesapeake, City, MD; and grandchildren, Chad, Josh, Ashton and Camryn.

    Mr. Blackson was predeceased by his parents, Velma and Charles T. Blackson.

    A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 2, 2007, at Gee Funeral Home, P.A., 259 E. Main St., Elkton, MD 21921, where the family will receive friends after 12 Noon. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

    It is the wishes of the family to please omit flowers. They would like contributions sent to the National Retinitis Pigmentosa Foundation, Inc. c/o the funeral home.
