In 1841, Leonard K. Barber, of Woodsille, Mississippi, gave to
George W. Reynolds, of Maumee City, Power of atttorney "to
erect a Custom and I'loaring-Mill and Saw-Mill in Maumee
City," the former with two to fotir runs of stones, and the
latter with one saw; and to conduct the operations and business of the same, when constructed. In June, 1842, the firm of S. AV. Waters (Steiihen W. Waters and L. K. Barlier), conferred upon Mr. Reynolds like authority.

George married Anne Philena Clark 11 Apr 1866. Anne was born 15 Aug 1820, Greenfield, Massachusetts; died 16 Jan 1907, Minneapolis, Minnesota; was buried , Lakewood Cemetery Minneapolis, Minnesota. [Group Sheet]
