    BOULDIN, Cecil H., 65, of Vinton, died Wednesday, December 23, 1992 in a local hospital. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was the former owner and operator of C. & B. Meat Company, Vinton. Surviving are his wife, Barbara J. Bouldin; three daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Karl Allender, Timonuim, Md., Sharon and Leon Spradlin, Elizabeth and David Harris of Roanoke; a son, John Douglas Bouldin, Vinton; three grandchildren, Kristen and Scott Allender and Bryan Spradlin; a sister, Ethel Young; a brother, W. Douglas Bouldin; sisters-in-law, Ivy Bouldin and Lorraine Bouldin, all of Horsepasture. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel, 11:30 a.m. Saturday, December 26, 1992 with the Rev. Frank B. Fuller officiating. Burial with graveside services will be at 2 p.m. in Oakwood Cemetery, Martinsville, Va. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
