    ! Born May 26, 1933 at the Day Ridge Ranch in Northern
    Wallawa County.
    It was during a season of measles and chicken-pox amoung
    other family
    members. He is the ninth of ten children.

    Apparently his birth certificate says he was born at
    Enterprise which was the
    nearest town/city to Day Ridge (where he was actually born)
    near Flora, Oregon U.S.A..
    This information per oldest sister, Irene Fern Devin.

    posts & became an Adjunct Professor for Central Washington
    University & Seattle
    Pacific University. He also became a licensed pilot
    holding a commercial
    license; a certified instructor for the National Safety
    Council's Defensive
    Driver Training Program; & a state-wide (WA) in-service
    instructor for
    vocational education for the state community college
    system. He enjoys
    fishing, hunting & building projects. He & his family
    built a vacation home
    at Ocean Shores, WA in 1978-82. They enjoy making numerous
    retreats to Ocean
    Shores. In 1989, they hosted a large Devin Family reunion
    at Ocean Shores.
