      Death: Jan. 14, 1939

      Martin S. Fox, fifty-seven, formerly of Ephrata R. 3, died at 8:45 p.m. Saturday at his home in Richmond, Virginia, after a long illness.
      He was a member of the Methodist church and a contractor and builder by trade.
      He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vannie Fox; one brother, Henry, Martindale; and one sister, Mary, wife of Jacob Dicher [Bicher], Murrell.
      Private services were held from the home of Earl Zimmerman, Murrell, on Wednesday, at 12:30 o'clock, with public services in the Pike Mennonite church at 1:30 o'clock. Interment was made in the adjoining cemetery.
