Mary Carter, widow of George Carter is entitled to one-third part of the estate for the term of her life, that the said testotor further devise to Richard Carter the remaining two thirds of the lands whereof he .....and the residue of his estate, by the will aforesaid to the said Richard Carter and Ely Robee equally to be divided between them ...[it seems that the estate has only one slave and the court is petitioned to sell the slave on twelve months creidt so the estate can be divided equitably.
