Florence Carter Bradshaw, 84
of Richmond, passed away on July 12, 2005. She is survived by her husband, Carl D. Bradshaw; her daughters, Margaret Hicks and her husband, Charlie, and Ann Coates and her husband, Ernie; two grandsons, Kenny Hicks and his wife, Donna, and Chris Hicks; two great grandchildren, Hannah and Caleb Hicks; two brothers, Marvin and Richard Carter; and three sisters, Bea Bickley, Kathleen Daniels and Bernice Mason. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday. Interment will follow in Dale Memorial Park.
