- He is Executor in his father's will [Amos Reynolds]
- In 1841, Leonard K. Barber, of Woodsille, Mississippi, gave to
George W. Reynolds, of Maumee City, Power of atttorney "to
erect a Custom and I'loaring-Mill and Saw-Mill in Maumee
City," the former with two to fotir runs of stones, and the
latter with one saw; and to conduct the operations and business of the same, when constructed. In June, 1842, the firm of S. AV. Waters (Steiihen W. Waters and L. K. Barlier), conferred upon Mr. Reynolds like authority.

John5Reynolds (Peter4, Francis3, James2, William1) was born at North Kingston, R. I., About 1721 and died there 4 Oct 1804. He married first Phoebe Tillinghast and 2nd Anne Utter, b. 28 Oct 1725, died 25 Apr 1782, d/o Anne (Stone) and William Utter.

Daniel Reynolds, s/o John5 was b. N. Kingston, RI, 25 Jun 1760, and died in Jefferson Co., NY, 16 Jan 1816. He married his 2nd cousin, Waite Reynolds b. 25 Dec 1759, d. 1794, d/o Mehitable (Jenkins) and John Reynolds (see No 5, this chapter). He moved to Shaftsbury, VT in 1788 and purchased 60 acres of land. Soon afterwards he moved to Oneida Co., NY and bought a fam in the famous Mohawk Valley, abt 5 miles above Rome, where he lived until 1810, when he then moved to Jefferson Co., NY and brought a farm near Richmond and lived there until his death.
