(Accession # 21678309). Goochland County, Va. John and Mary Guerrant ask the court to divide the estate of Mary's father, the late Robert Povall. He died 'seized and possessed of an Estate in Lands Slaves and chattel now and then lying and being in the said County of Henrico.' They sue Mary's minor sister, Elizabeth Povall, and her guardian for an equal share of the property.
