      LOWE, Riley B., 91, of Mechanicsville, passed away on April 20, 2021. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 72 years, Helen F. Lowe; his parents, Kelly B. and Virgie E. Lowe; a brother, James E. Lowe; and a sister, Carolyn L. King. Riley is survived by his business associate and nephew, Robert (Robbie) J. King Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. He was a self-made entrepreneur and influential in shaping business and real estate in Hanover County and beyond. His 20 years of faithful service on the Hanover County School Board exhibited his dedication to excellence in education. Being an avid reader, he enjoyed sharing his stories, knowledge and experiences.
