      John KNIGHT died on 19 Nov 1805. Married Prudence Reynolds 17 Feb 1778, Cecil Co MD. In Wm Knight's will John received tract of land where he lived if he paid off a 100 pound bond & interest fa owed Joseph Rogers or 2nd choice of having the home dwelling place for 1000pounds paying the first 500
      pounds to his brother Thomas. When Wm died John had a son Wm who was to receive 1/2 proceeds from 40 1/2 acres to be sold in New Garden; his 2 youngest children received 5 pounds. 1790 census was in Nottingham Hundred Cecil Co with 1 male over 16, 4 under 16 & 6 females. They may have had 9 or more children.

      He was married to Prudence REYNOLDS on 17 Feb 1778 in Cecil Co., Maryland.
      John KNIGHT and Prudence REYNOLDS had no known children.
