    Notes:

    Name:
I have a copy of a letter that states, "In 1927 I went to a small cemetery on the side of a hill near Mendota VA, containing only three tombstones: John Kendrick died 17 July 1810, Jeremiah Galvin, died 9 Feb 1830: and Elisha Kennedy, died 20 Mar 1854. I don't know whether this cemetery is still in existence. There is on listing for it in McConnell's HIGH ON A WINDY HILL or in Peterson's SCOTT COUNTY VA CEMETERY RECORDS. The three men whose stones were in the cemetery were successively the husbands of Elizabeth (Summers) Kendrick Galvin Kennedy. She is buried in Somerset, Pulaski Co, KY. Where her tombstone reads: Elizabeth Kennedy, died 26 Nov 1857, age 76 yrs old."
The letter does give children born to Elizabeth Summer and husband Jeremian Galvin, Elizabeth Summer & Elisha Kennedy. I have never researched this information
