Charles Carter 1762, Charles of Amherst County, Daughter, Anne is to marry John Champe, Jr. Marriage contract of John Champe, Jr., of Lambs Creek, and Ann Carter of King George County. As part of the contract Ann received the slave Diana as a gift and John received land and unnamed slaves in Prince William County.
