      Distribution of the Estate of Ebenezer Neale mentions Hannah and John Haynie and other sister and equal in blood with the said Lucretia to the said Ebenezer. 'nearest of kin'
      Shows Sisters, Hannah and Lucretia and they inherit the lands of Daniel Holland, fell to his daughter Elizabeth Neale, wife of Danl. Elizabeth dying and leaving 4 sons and 2 daughters to wit: Daniel William, Edward, Ebenezer, Lucretia Cotrell [sic Cockrell] the three eldest brother abovesaid dying without issue all the land descended to Ebenezer who died intestate. Therefore the lands descended to his sisters, Lucretia Cockrell and Hannah Haynie.
