    CHESAPEAKE, Va. Reynolds Robert Britton, 94, of 1200 Block of Jackson Avenue, died April 14, 2001, in Chesapeake, Va.

    Burial will be at a later date in Pleasant Garden United Methodist Church Cemetery, Pleasant Garden.

    Born in Norfolk County, Va., he was the son of the late Harriett Jones Britton and the late George Thomas Britton. He retired from Growers Exchange as Packing House supervisor, after 36 years of service. He was a member of Asheboro Street Baptist Church, Greensboro.

    Survivors include his wife, Isa Foust Britton of the residence; daughter, Sue Britton Reynolds of Charlotte; two grandchildren, Karen Reynolds of Chantilly, Va. and Leslie Reynolds Dellinger and her husband, David of Pineville; two great-grandchildren, Hailey Britton Dellinger and Rainey Addison Dellinger, both of Pineville; and several nieces and nephews.

    Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2001, at Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel.

    Reynolds married Isa Mabel Foust 30 Nov 1928, Danville, Virginia. Isa was born 12 Jul 1909, Pleasant Garden, North Carolina; died 16 Apr 2009, Charlotte, NC; was buried , Pleasant Garden United Methodist Church Cemetery Pleasant Garden, Guilford County, North Carolina. [Group Sheet]
