    RICHARD ALLEN (Ricky) BOWE, age 50, of Chesapeake City, MD died on Thursday, July 22, 2004. Mr. Bowe was a life long resident of Cecil County and was employed as a manager by the Flying J Corporation. Rick enjoyed being with his family. He loved music, digital photography and was very creative with graphic design. He was preceded in death by his father, Woodford A. Bowe, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Marion R. Bowe of Chesapeake City; a son, Richard A. Jr. of Hagerstown, MD; a brother, Woodford, Jr. of Rising Sun, MD; and a sister, Tammi Dionne of St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by 2 nephews, Woodford III of Elkton, MD and Timothy Bowe of Austin, TX; 2 nieces, Angela Anderson of Elkton, MD, Laci Salyer of Chesapeake City, MD and one great niece, Allison Anderson of Elkton, MD. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Northern Chesapeake Hospice Foundation c/o R. T.
