GENE Cromwell CHARSHA: 50, 100 Miller St., Elkton, died Dec. 25, 1978 at Union Hospital after an apparent heart attack. The lifetime resident of Cecil County was a supervisor for Central Chemical Co. in Elkton. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Dorothy B. Charsha; three brothers, Milton Charsha of West Chester, Pa., Charles R. Charsha of Rising Sun and Laurence R. Charsha of Chesapeake City; two sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Bowe of Chesapeake City and Mrs. Naomi Cool of Newark, Del. Funeral services were held Dec. 28, at the Gee Funeral Home in Elkton with the Rev. William S. Cooper of the Trinity Episcopal Church officiating. Burial was private at the convenience of the family.
