    Charlotte Louise (Reynolds) Filippone, age 90, born in Northeast Maryland on September 10, 1927, a longtime resident of Westerville, OH, passed away peacefully at home Thursday, March 22, 2018. Survived by children, Kathryn (Bob) Burwell, Janet Almer, George (Missy) Filippone and Paul (Lisa) Filippone; 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 2 sisters; 3 brothers; many nieces and nephews as well as her friends and neighbors. Preceded in death by her husband Remo Filippone, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Visitation will be held Monday, March 26 from 5-8 p.m. at MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, where a service will be held Tuesday, March 27 at 10 a.m. Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens.

A lifelong resident of North East, she was born on December 4, 1939, the daughter of the late Charles D. and the late Bertha Heverin Palmer. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Samuel J. Owens, Sr.; 2 sons: Samuel J. Owens, Jr. and his wife Tammy of Conowingo, MD and Michael T. Owens and his wife Virginia of North East, MD; 8 siblings: Verna McKinney, Louise Fillippone, Teresa Heath, Selma Harvey, Jack Palmer, Fred Palmer, Jerry Palmer and Gino Palmer; 3 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services, conducted by Father Samuel Hartman will be held Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation for family and friends beginning at 2:00 PM until service time. Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help with funeral expenses to Crouch Funeral Home, P.A
