    Notes:

    The graveside service for Belle Lawrence Clark, 90, of Spruce Village, 1201 Spruce St., Martinsville, who died Aug. 24, 2010, at Memorial Hospital in Martinsville, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Roselawn Burial Park.
    The family will receive friends in the social hall at Spruce Village following the service.
    Clark was born in Henry County on Jan. 9, 1920, to Bob Lawrence and Hope Lawrence. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Larry Douglas Clark; a sister, Doris L. Frith; and four brothers, Henry C. Lawrence, Samuel Wade Lawrence, Robert D. Lawrence and Daniel E. Lawrence.
    She retired from Pannill Knitting Co., and she was a member of Starling Avenue Baptist Church.
    Surviving are six daughters, Barbara C. Bowling of Fort Mill, S.C., Judi C. Finney of Ridgeway, Joy M. Clark of Martinsville, Faye C. Walsh of Colonial Heights, Cathy A. Clark of Richmond and Pamela S. Clark of Martinsville; one sister, Bettie L. Miller of Folsom, Calif.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
    Memorials may be made to Starling Avenue Baptist Church, 932 Starling Ave., Martinsville, Va. 24112.
