      Oma Clayton Hughes, younger brother of Dee said he was
      practically reared by
      his sister. She lived in Washington, DC before 1894. She
      married James
      Richardson in Missouri during WWI. They resided in
      Jamestown, NY. During WWI &
      the administration of President Woodrow Wilson, she was
      employed by the Secret
      Service. She worked for the Federal Intelligence
      Department in Washington, DC
      for many years. She suffered from a lengthy illness before
      her death.
