I can give you solid air tight data for the John Flint Carter generation forward. These were my great grandparents and there was enough talk about family when I was young that I can report facts about them with confidence. John Flint and Marietta were my grandparents that I knew well and was present at their passing. Same with my parents Andrew and Melba Carter who both died in an auto accident on May 23, 1987 in New Orleans (actually on the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway). I'll send you up-dated complete data in the next several days and you'll be able to tie up my line to current. While I am at it I'll report on my uncles and cousins so that you'll have a more detailed description of the Lemuel Jr., John Flint Sr. line.
