Description: E2SE; Section 33, Twp 16N, Range 12W. He lived in Vermilion County IL at the time of the purchase. He also purchased another 80 acres of land at $1.25 per acres 14 Jun 1831. Description E2SW, Section 34, Twp 16N, Range 12W. He lived in Edgar Co IL at the time of the purchase. Both tracts of land were from public domain sales land tract record listings & it appears both tracts of land were in Edgar County. DEATH: "29 Jul 1836, At a Court of probate held for the County of Edgar at the Court House in Paris on the 29th day of July 1836 present J. Mayo Judge of probate On the motion of Benjamin Denham letters of administration are granted him upon the estate of Daniel Denham deceased who together with James Gordon his securit entered into and acknowledged their bond in the penalty of five hundred dollars conditioned according to law.
