It was badly overgrown & hadn't had care in a long time. ----------------- **Lien Against John Cones of Norristown, Shelby Co IN Shelby Co IN, Book R, p.393 To all whom it may concern be it known that John Cones of the Town of Norristown in the County of Shelby stands indebted to me in the sum of one hundred and twenty seven dollars for work and labor and for materials furnished in and about the building and finishing of a certain frame house which I erected for a Dewling [sic] House for him the said Cones on Lot Number 26 in said Norristown which said debt has not yet been due two months the public and John Cones and are therefore notified of my intention to hold a lien on said building for the said sum of one hundred and twenty seven dollars and that in due time I will comence proceedings to subject said house to sale for said debt January 27, 1851.
