Henrico County Marriage Records 1680-1808 suggest the Elizabeth Carter who married William Frances 27 Dec 1799 Sur. Theodorick Carter. Wit. James Blagrove and Ann Carter, is the daughter of Theodorick of John1 Carter and his wife Ann [unknown] and further suggests another daughter, Elizabeth who married William Francis.

Further 9 Sep 1801 William Francis married Betsey West, widow of John. so this Elizabeth did not survive long after her marriage, if this is the same William Francis.
