Now as for Craddock I believe his wife was Elizabeth Clough and he married her 22 Dec. 1800 and the best man was Allen Townes and they were married by the Rev. David Thomson. I suspect that Craddock may have married prior to Elizabeth, to Parthena Jeter 10 Feb. 1780. The Craddock that married
Parthena, her parents were William Jeter and Margaret Vaughan. Margarget's
parents were Martin Vaughan and Elinor Broadus and Martin's parents were
Cornelius and Elizabeth Vaughan. Again, this may be two different Craddock's
but suspect they are one in the same. As for Ermine Elliott Vaughan, don't
      know
how she connect's to Craddock but the name Elliott is curious isn't it, could
      be
a family name or married name?? There is another Craddock that married a
Mary Wiliams in 1793 in Cumberland Gap.
