She was most recently employed as an inspector with Small?s Formal Wear and, prior to tat, worked as a waitress at Trio Restaurant on Gay Street in West Chester. She is survived by two sons, Joseph W. Stern Jr., of Coatesville and Richard G. Stern of Downingtown; three daughters, Brenda E. Wise of Downingtown, Edna M. Roney of Coatesville and Jeannette G. Beam of Coatesville; two sisters Jeannette N. Way of Wilmington, Del., and Marjorie E. Stern of West Chester; 15 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 6, at the Boyd Funeral Home, West Chester. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
