Samuel Scott
Birth: Jul. 26, 1798, Lynchburg City, VA
Death: Oct. 20, 1878, Dallas County, Texas
Late in 1814, Samuel M. Scott enlisted in a VA Regiment for the War of 1812, but before reaching New Orleans, the War had ended. He, his wife & children came to Dallas Co. in 1858. The children buried on this lot were his grandchildren.
