• Name	Cullen Washington Beardon
  	Name on Headstone Cullen W. Beardon After a great deal of research, I believe P.B. Beardon was the child of Washington Beardon (Bearden) and Mary Polly Akin Renfro/Beardon (Bearden). They lived in the Rainey Creek Community of Coryell County, Texas from at least 1860-1864, as evidenced by tax roll records. They are the only Beardon family on census records during that time in the Rainey Creek Community. I have not located where Washington Beardon is buried. Mary Polly Beardon and some of their children traveled to Lampasas County, Texas and are buried there. Mary Polly Beardon would have been about 45 years old when P. B. Beardon was born.
