      Do we know a date of marriage for David Carter and Jane Flippen Walton?

      If 1776 is a correct birth date for Josiah S. Walton and David Carter's marriage to Jane Walton is after 1776, I again will have a problem (beyond the DNA issue), as the birth date of John Carter is confirmed in documents handwritten by his son as March 25, 1775.
