      Cocke, Captain Thomas, son of Thomas Cocke, and brother of James was born about 1662. He married first Mary Brasier, second, Frances _______. He represented Henrico in the House of Burgesses in 1696, 1698, 1699, 1700-1702; sheriff in 1699. He left six children; Thomas, James Powell, Henry, Brasier, Mary, Elizabeth. He died in 1707.
