  WILLIAM V. CHARSHA: 63, OF little Torch Key died May 23, at Marathon Manor following an extended illness. Mr. Charsha and his family came to the keys from Scranton, Pa., in 1962. He was associated with Dion?s Quick Mart, Summerland Key, and was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge 1585, Big Pine Key. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Patricia Louise of Little Torch Key; sons LaRue D. and Michael D., both of Marathon; daughters Vonne S. Costenbader of Fort Lauderdale and Laurel Knapp of Delray Beach; and two grandchildren. Private funeral services were held with the family May 28, on Little Torch Key.
