      Hi Mary Frances!
Something came up in a discussion with Stephanie about the Gravitt family and while looking om your Reynolds research site, I noted you are the great-great-great-granddaughter of Larkin Gravitt. You list Larkin Gravitt as a son of Charles Gravitt (1705) but it appears from other researchers that Larkin Gravitt was the son of Tatum Gravitt who was the son of Charles Gravitt. This Charles Gravitt had a son named John Henry Gravitt, brother to Tatum Gravitt , who fathered a daughter named Frances "Fanny" Gravitt who married Thomas Guthrie in 1814 in Person Co., NC. They are, in all likelihood, my great-great-great grandparents and Larkin and Frances were 1st cousins so I say hi to you cousin!
      I go:

      Henry Gravitt
      Charles Gravitt
      John Henry Gravitt
      Frances Ann Gravitt Guthrie
      William Henry Guthrie
      James Anderson Guthrie
      John Jackson Guthrie
