All I can find is her birth date 1870 or 1871 and that?s it. I?m assuming she passed away before he married Minnie Clarke but have not been able to find anything. Hi Mary- Thank you for getting back to me! I have since found that my grandfather was 2 on a 1900 census and his father was listed as a widower so I?m thinking Louisa may have died in childbirth. Anyway this is a note that I?ve had in a baggie in the bottom of a grandfather clock that I have. I live just near Baltimore Md and the clock is from my grandparents home in Buxton NC.
