  MARTINSVILLE BULLETIN Callie B. Eggleston Callie May Blackard Eggleston, 71, of 512 Forest St., Martinsville, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2006, at the Blue Ridge Nursing home in Stuart. She was born in Martinsville on June 23, 1934, to George P. "Dick" Blackard and Esther May Fulcher Blackard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Blackard and Charles "Buddy" Blackard. She was a graduate of Martinsville High School and retired from the trust department at Crestar Bank. She was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. Surviving are her daughter, LuAnne Eggleston Thompson of Martinsville; a grandson; and four step-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Churchwell officiating. The family wil receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at McKee-Stone Funeral Services. Findagrave
