Can you give me dates for your mother? (Floy Epps 12-30-1927 - 10-8-2004)
Who was William's wife [your grandmother]? (Lilly Pearl Moose 1887 - 1969) Her parents were John Moose (John was married and had a family and never acknowledged Pearl as his daughter) and Candace Shook, she later married Quince Christopher.
Can you supply further information for 'Charlie' Williams, who may also be related by way of the Carters descending from Gile's son, Theodorick Carter?
I misspoke his name which is actually Julius Henry Williams.

William Epps and Lilly Pearl Moose were born out of wedlock... Seems to be not uncommon even for those days!!
