      m. Lucy Adams of Brookline,Mass 1886. Lucy b. 1850 d. 1935
      Gold Beater-learned trade in Boston Soldier-Civil War
      Enlisted at Concord, Mass. as a private in Co. G, 5th, Mass. Volunteer Regiment taking part in the first Bull Run battle
      and other engagements. His 3 month enlistment having expired,he reenlisted in the 1st Mass. Light Battery where he served as corporal and sergeant. He participated in the battles of the 2nd Bull Run, South Mountain, Antietam
      and Fredrickburg where he was severely injured,captured and imprisoned. His right leg was amputated by a Confederate
      medical officer Aug. 15 1863 received an honorable dis-
      charge and later his nurse was Louisa May Alcott, author of "Little Women".

      Settled in Hyde Park 1872 as a gold beater. Owned Several houses and built a large permanent home at the corner of Dell Terrance and 65 Central Ave. the first house in Hyde
      Park to have electric lights. Later with his two sons founded a dental firm called S.H. Reynolds and Sons.

      He was commander of Timothy Ingraham Post No. 121 Grand Army of the Republic. Also a member of Baptist Church, IOOF Odd
      Fellows, Waverly Club. Here in 1906 the Christian Science Society hired the hall where his grandchildren of son, Warren, went to Sunday School.

      His wife, Lucy Adams, was a descendent of John Quincy Adams, President. of the U.S. and a charter member of the Womens Relief Corps No. 35 Auxiliary to Timothy Ingraham Post

      In 1925 June Taylor was born to Dorothy and George. In 1926, Dorothy, the eldest child, gave birth to triplets: George, Diane and Judith. The triplets did not live long.
      Dorothy, Lucille and Warren's stepfather, William Julean Henderson was born in Peru, the youngest son of seven; his father was in the British Consul. William became a United States citizen as a young man. His aunt, his mother's sister was Lady, Countess Blessinton, noted for her beauty. She was an intimate friend of Charles Dickens. Mable had some of Lady Blessington's jewlery among which was a diamond and a turquoise ring which she left to her grandaughter Dail Henderson.
