  Cecile Adams Reynolds Star-Tribune (Chatham, VA) - Monday, October 25, 2010 Cecile Adams Reynolds, age 82, of 1440 Green Pond Road, Chatham, died Saturday, October 23, 2010, at Danville Regional Medical Center. She was born on February 23, 1928, in Pittsylvania County, and was the daughter of the late Lewis Adams and the late Euna Martin Adams. She was a member of Hollywood Baptist Church. Mrs. Reynolds was married to the late Lloyd Reynolds, Jr. "Cracker". She is survived by one son, Oliver B. Reynolds and his wife, Debbie of Chatham; three daughters, Jetty R. Burgess and her husband, L. J., Jean R. Burgess and her husband, Malcolm, and Betsy Reynolds Eanes and her husband, Jimmy, all of Chatham; one brother, Gerald Adams and his wife, Nell of Newport News; one sister, Gracie Haynes and her husband, Leon of Callands; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one sister, Arlene Holley. Funeral services will be conducted at the Scott Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, October 26, at 11:00 a.m. with the Pastor Terry C. St. John and Pastor Haywood Alcorn officiating. Burial will be at the Reynolds Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Scott Funeral Home on Monday, October 25, from 7:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. and at other times will be at the residence of her daughter, Jetty Burgess, 1442 Green Pond Road, Chatham, Va.
