ADRIAN ANGLIN WILL
In the name of God Amen I Adrian Anglin of Buckingham County being in perfect health and memory thanks be to Almighty God to constitute and appoint this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following
I give and bequeath to my son William Anglin one shilling sterling and no more of my Estate.
I give and bequeath to my son John Anglin one shilling sterling and mo more of my Estate.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann Cunningham one shilling sterling and no more of my Estate.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann Asher one shilling sterling and no more of my Estate.
I give and bequeath to my daughter MARY WEBB one shilling sterling and no more of my Estate.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Hays one shilling sterling and no more of my Estate.
I give and bequeath Ledy Goolsby one shilling sterling and no more of my Estate.
I give and bequeath my daughter Elizabeth Anglin one Cow & Calf and no more of my Estate.
I give and bequeath to my son Philip Anglin one Cow & Calf and no more of my Estate.
I also give to my two sons Adrian Anglin & Joseph Anglin the Tract of Land whereon I live being one hundred & twenty acres to be equally divided between them in Quantity and Quality to them and their Heirs forever after the decease of their Mother, and all the residue and remainder of my Estate I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Anglin to her and heirs forever and the use of the above said land during her natural life. I also do constitute & appoint my beloved wife Mary Executrix and my son Adrian Anglin Executor of this my Last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the 13th Day of June 1772.

At a Court held for Buckingham County on the 12th Day of October 1777 this Will was proven by the oath of Charles Person and also proved and also proved by him that he saw James Brown sign as a witness to the said Will when the same was signed published and declared as the said Adrian Anglin?s Last Will and Testament sworn to by Mary Anglin the Executrix herein mentioned and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of the said Executrix who entered into and acknowledged bond with security according to law & Certificate was granted her for obtaining a Probat hereof in due form.
