      When Rev. Thomas GUARDNER GARDNER was born on March 16, 1756, in Warren, North Carolina, his father, John, was 34 and his mother, Martha, was 32. He married Elizabeth Betty WALLER on February 12, 1778, in his hometown. They had two children during their marriage. He died on October 15, 1827, in his hometown at the age of 71.
