The life dates are from a survey of Green Hill Cemetery in Danville, VA. P & P has the dates 17 Aug 1766-23 Jan 1846 and 14 Aug 1771-06 Aug 1831. Daniel was named as an executor in his father's will written in 1809, proven in 1815. Daniel and Lucy married Nov 1790 in Pittsylvania Co., VA. Daniel's will was written in 1845 and proven 16 Feb 1846 in Pittsylvania Co., VA, WB 2, pp. 12-15. They married 26 Nov 1790 in Pittsylvania Co., VA. She was the daughter of Stephen Coleman and Sarah Watson. Daniel was named as an executor in his father's will written in 1809, proven in 1815. Daniel and Lucy are buried in Green Hill Cemetery in Danville, VA. The life dates were obtained from a survey of that cemetery taken 01 Oct 1937 by Mabel Moses and recorded in the Digital Collection of the Library of Virginia (found at http://files.usgwarchives.org/va/danville/cemeteries/greenhill.txt in 2008). P & P has the dates 17 Aug 1766-23 Jan 1846 and 14 Aug 1771-06 Aug 1831. Daniel's will was written in 1845 and proven in Pittsylvania Co., VA, on 16 Feb 1846 (WB 2, p. 12-15). He names children William A. Price (deceased), Sally Paxton, Stephen Price, Ann Harper, and Betsy Perkins. The gift to Betsy Perkins was for her use and at her death to be divided between her children and the children of her deceased son Daniel Perkins.
