      Will of Luke Powell September Court 1805 Wife Nanney Powell James, Robert Susannah, William and Fanny Powell and Betty Powell and Nancy Powell; and if wife is with child 'with' shall have one equal part with all above mentioned and my wifes thirds at her death shall return to my Estate and be divided among my surviving children; but if my children dies without an heir lawfully begotten of their body their part of shall return to the remaining legetees to an equal division. I leave my Nanney Powell half and sole my executor to this my last will and testament. Wittnessed Joshua Powell, Sally Powell Nancy Powell 26th day of Sep 1803
