[1715] Unto my son Presley Neale one negro girl called Betty to be delivered to him at the age of twenty-one years. Unto my son Daniel Neale one negro woman called balck Hannah to be delivered to him at the age of twenty-one years. My two negro men Jack and Dick to my dear and loving wife Ursula Neale and after her decease negro Dick to descend to my son Rodham and Jack to my son Christopher. Unto my daughter Frances Neale one negro to be paid out of the increase of the before exprest (sic) negro woman if it should happen that nay of them brings children and if none bring children that lives then to my daughter Frances 3000 pounds of tobacco and the second living child born of the negro woman unto my son Rodham Neale. Unto my son Presley Neale all my land on which I now live. The remainder part of my estate to be equally divided my loving wife and children all to have equal shares thereof. All my children remain with their mother until they be of age or be married unless they go away by their mother's consent. My dear and loving wife Ursula Neale executrix.
