To my cousin David Logan my set of Smiths tools & the land whereon I now live at the death of my sd wife he paying ~ of the valuation of sd land to my cousin John Grimes Scott or if sd John Grimes Scott dies before he comes of age the sd David Logan to pay the above legacy to my cousin Loftin Scott. If sd David Logan should die before he comes of age the above land bequeathed to him to be the property of the above named Henry Burton & the Smiths tools to be given to his sister Catharine Logan.
