      OUR FAMILIES ANCESTRAL ROOTS~
Born on board the ship Amity on the Atlantic Ocean coming to America. Has also been mentioned he may have been living possibly in Burlington County, New Jersey. Married March 1, 1722 in Nottingham, Cecil County, Maryland. He and his wife had a total of thirteen children. No stone must exist, as we have looked through the entire cemetery. The Historical Society mentioned that long ago, they didn't mark the graves. Another FIND A GRAVE member has given this information below.

"Richard Haines and His Descendants" book mentions that Joseph was born in West Nottingham, Chester Co., PA. and later boundries were changed so that area became part of Cecil Co., MD.
