      Spotsylvania County, Colony of Virginia

      [[Vaughan-6006|Thomas Vaun]] and [[Long-23695|Sarah]], his wife, of Halifax County to Patrick Donally [Donnelly] of Spotsylvania County.

      Whereas, by Indenture dated 4 November 1744, [[Long-6114|Bromfield Long]] conveyed to his son, [[Long-22961|Reubin Long]], in fee simple, 118 1/2 acres in Spotsylvania County, which said tract of land was afterwards conveyed by the said Broomfield Long to his daughters, [[Long-23696|Mary]] [the lower dividend] and [[Long-23695|Sarah]] [the upper dividend]. Now in consideration of the sum of £25 the said [[Vaughan-6006|Thomas Vaun]] [who intermarried with
      the said [[Long-23695|Sarah]], daughter of Broomfield Long] and [[Long-23695|Sarah]] his wife, convey to the said Donally, the tract of land in Spotsylvania County aforesaid, given to [[Long-23695|Sarah]] by her father, [[Long-6114|Bromfield Long]]
