Exhaustive research of this family reveals Julia as a daughter of Ellen Rigney. Her name: Eleanor Sidney Rigney is found on two photographs of her, contributed by her descendants. We believe the erroneous names on the death certificates are because these children knew they were illigement and it was somewhat a stigma in those days. The fact that Julia does not appear on the 1880 census, can mean she was in another HH with her families which are shown in successive order on that Census. We do not find a Richard that qualifies as her father. I will remove this record upon receipt of any further documentation you can provide, in order to prove your assertions.
